Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Woodhall Spa

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and all shops and restaurants, with a parking space too which makes life so much easier. We will definitely return!

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & spacious accommodation. Friendly host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Mine was just a flying visit so cannot comment on all the amenities but would happily return and recommend to others.

Peta’s flat was exactly as described.Lots of room for 5 people which we had at end of our stay. Details were sent by email and were very detailed in every aspect. The hi light was the beautiful garden with furniture we could use. Our family had a big occasion for a member which Peta noted. I would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to others.Excellent

Chose this place slightly randomly but am so pleased we did! Perfect location minutes from the castle and cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat with an amazing view. Had everything we needed and the bed in particular was exceptional- big, comfortable with lovely bed linen. Often that’s the bit that can let a place down but not in this property. Lincoln is a brilliant place for a weekend visit- so much to see and do. And our sons jumped on a train from London and joined us for the day too as an added bonus! We took the free walking tour which set us up well but I hadn’t imagined there’d be so many lovely shops and art galleries too. Plus live music and theatre and cinema and of course the beautiful music at the cathedral (I went to choral evensong) Thank you Valerie- will be recommending to everyone!

Wonderfully charming cottage, Hosts were pleasure to deal with. Our small jug dog loved the space with private field and easy access for walks. Exactly as described, thanks again for a great stay. Would definitely book again!

Philip's place was just what we needed for a short visit to beautiful Lincoln. Easy to find, clean and immediately we felt at home. Lincoln city centre 5 minutes walk away, with loads to do. Would thoroughly recommend!

The annex is absolutely beautiful- it has everything you need and the hosts had obviously thought of everything. The location is both convenient for Lincoln and real oasis.

We had a wonderful short stay in Sue’s house. The photos don’t do this unique home justice. We would love to come back and enjoy some more down time here, especially in the beautifully peaceful garden. Thank for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Lovely and cosy place, nicely decorated and I felt right at home. Easy to check in. Super comfortable king bed. Only about a 10-15 minute walk from the Castle, the Cathedral and Steep Hill, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Perfect little place, would stay here again if I was visiting Lincoln.

This place was lovely and matches the images exact. So big and clean and was perfect for our little get together. Only issue was that it was very hot! However the owner was lovely and dropped off more fans for us. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions. They do have AC coming in soon so that heat won't be an issue. I would definitely think about staying again in the winter to experience a cosy winter vibe.

Myself and my friends have just spent the most enjoyable weekend in Christine's property . We were attending a concert in the castle grounds and it's location was superb. The property itself has been finished to a high standard and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and communication was prompt. The extended check out made for a leisurely breakfast on the beautiful patio . I would thoroughly recommend and hopefully will be returning myself.

We had a lovely stay while over for an event in the area. It was so peaceful at the house and very relaxing - the hot tub was a bonus too. Check-in was very easy and we found the house very easily, even in the dark. The whole house was very clean and looked like new. Will hopefully be able to return.

Excellent stay at Stewart's place, some great pubs and restaurants only a few hundred yards away. We will defiantly stay here again, and recommend it to our friends.

Wonderful hosts in a wonderful location! The Cartlodge is a fantastic apartment with a fully furnished kitchen and comfortable areas to relax in, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Simple drive into Grimsby and other main roads are close by. Jo and James made me feel at home from the first day, responded very quickly to anything I needed assistance with in the apartment, and made the experience really enjoyable and comfortable. Could not recommend the apartment or the hosts enough. Thank you guys!

This place was amazing ! Exceptionally beautiful interior design. It’s stunning as soon as you step though the front door , such a romantic feel about the whole place.Very luxurious & made our weekend away for a wedding extra special. Lucretia was a fabulous host & always responded very quickly & positively. This place is definitely a hidden secret & with Newark castle directly over the road , with the river behind it & set in beautiful grounds. Really excellent pubs , restaurants bistros & cafes on the doorstep , nice shopping everywhere, I can’t recommend Lucretia or her beautiful place enough & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or recommend it to anyone.

David is a lovely host and the flat was perfect for our stay. It was tidy and had great facilities, as well as being within walking distance of the city centre. I would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed time on the beautiful clean beach, ice creams from down stairs, so peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do for the little one and the dog! The cafe, restaurant downstairs is ideal great bonus with lots of choice, we are already planning our next trip can’t wait to return ! Thank you very much 😊

Christopher was friendly and helpful regarding the accommodation and getting there and good with advice on the area and local restaurants. The garden flat was clean, well appointed and comfortable, looking out onto a well kept garden. The location was good, within walking distance of town centre. In short; I do not think Christopher could have done any more to provide us with what we wanted and if we were to again need accommodation near Newark this would be first on the list.

This accommodation is a little gem. Everything we could possibly need was there. The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities. The flat was well appointed with quality linens and lichen goods. Definitely our number one pick for this area and we will be returning. ☀️

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.
