Monthly Rentals in Woodson Terrace

This was our second stay at Maria's place. The location cannot be beat, close to the airport and highways, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved playing in the spacious backyard, going on walks around the block and watching the squirrels run about. This place has everything you need for any type of stay, it truly checks all of the boxes.

We were popping in to have a good place to sleep before continuing on our road trip… not far from getting off & on the highway + close to some good places to eat!

The house was nice and the fence in backyard is why we booked this house. Having 3 bedrooms is nice and having 2 bathrooms was great when you have multiple people. The washer and dryer is always a plus because you never know what you'll run into while traveling. There were tvs in every bedroom. The host was friendly when we needed to communicate. Late check out is available if needed and we took advantage of it. There was room to park two cars in the driveway. You could see some of the planes taking off and landing from the airport from the backyard.

Every time we stay in one of Par’s properties, we have an incredible time! Their homes are always clean, put together, safe, and comfortable! This home specifically is one of our favorites—we will definitely be back!!!
