The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Calm place and well maintained, we enjoyed the stay.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

Thyme Cottage is a little gem of a place. The pictures really don't do it justice - it is so cute. We stayed here as we had two nights at Nocturne Festival which was just 10 minutes away so super convenient for this. In terms of the house itself its one of the nicest Airbnb i have stayed in, every little detail so well thought through. it was a super hot day when we arrived but the cottage remained cool and Alison even changed the duvet to a lighter tog for us. It was squeaky clean, lovely little touches like super nice bath robes, 100 acres amenities, a beautiful little garden to sit in which we made plenty of use of , bed was super comfortable and parking was right outside. The interior design of the house was second to none, kitchen well stocked and one of the best showers i have encountered in an Airbnb. Alison is an amazing host, gave recommendations and answered as soon as we messaged. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to all prospective new guests. 10/10.

Middle Cottage was perfect for a long weekend away from the city. Interior was as good as Soho House and we loved the artwork and range of books to look through. We enjoyed walks nearby and The Bull pub for dinner one evening- highly recommend!

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Thank you for having us to stay. Hornbeam Cottage is a lovely property in a great location. It comfortably accommodated the three generations of our family. Having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor was particularly welcome for the grandparents! Everything was great, particularly the hot tub and the garden space as it was a lovely weekend to sit outside. Thanks too for the recommendations for brunches, lunches and dinner 😀 - we enjoyed it all!

This is a lovely find.. Peaceful surroundings and near to Oxford where we had a wedding Near to Blenheim palace Lots of good wild flower meadows and good running routes House cosy and spotless Great that enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets provided and laundry. Makes such a great difference. Beds could be a little more comfortable but fine Great instructions and friendly host Thsnks so much Would book agsin

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Amazing host, wonderful location and just 5*s all round from me! Thanks for a wonderful stay Lesley ❤️

Very comfortable house with great views and lovely gardens. Although in a very private location, it was in easy distance of local amenities and many of the great places to visit in the Cotswolds.

I had such a lovely stay at Kieran’s place in Charlbury! Kieran was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host - he went out of his way to recommend some fantastic local spots, which really helped us make the most of our weekend. The house itself is absolutely charming - beautifully kept, full of character, and felt like a real home away from home. It was also great value for money, especially considering the quality of the space and the experience overall. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

Great location and very easy to get round the area! Host was helpful, and provided amble information for arrival. Nice and quiet property with more than enough “bits and pieces” to make the staff hassle free. Host left very welcomed hamper for our stay. Ideal for visiting Clarkson’s Farm and pub. Hope to stay again in the near future!

We had the most beautiful and enjoyable stay. In my recent experiences sometimes the pictures are amazing and when you get there it's not quite that good! This however was the other way round. The pictures don't do it justice. It's so lovely and spotlessly clean. communication was very responsive too. Would definitely like to stay again. Thank you Lilli. 😊 x

Really enjoyed our stay in the cottage, the area was peaceful, well connected to Oxford and you can enjoy some great walks. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and was great to stay for a wedding weekend in Oxford for a friend. Would highly recommend.
