Sandra's place was as described. Charming, very clean, comfortable located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Sandra was very quick to respond and accommodating. Highly recommended for one person or a couple.

Xin apartment is a clean, practical and beautiful place. everything is spick n span.. very centrally located between two universities the bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen had all the facilities to make us feel at home. Our stay was very comfortable. only thing that the hot water in shower area has limited supply so one person takes shower in hot water followed by second person takes shower in cold water. we did bring the issue to the hosts attention and the host promised to take action on it. however, we continued having same problem.. so we decided that will take shower at different timings. other than that the place is a 5 star accomodation .. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For what we wanted and needed, the Sawmill suite was ideal. We arrived very late after a wedding reception, so it was quite dark out. Once we located the address, however, the driveway and entranceway to the unit were very well lit. Even the steps down to the door to the suite were lit with some charming hanging bulbs. Helpful and quite lovely. The kitchen is everything you need it to be, the bathroom and shower clean and perfectly functional. The living room is large and airy, the couch capacious and comfy with plenty of nice soft blankets essential on a leather couch. A nice touch. If I have any issue, and this is a small one, it’s that there are only two lamps in the entire suite - one small one in the living room and one on one of the side tables in the bedroom. The overhead lighting is ample, but I prefer the softer light of lamps, especially in the evening and for watching TV. Again, a small complaint. Overall a wonderful home base for exploring the St. Jacobs area!

Beautiful place, in a country setting. Parking spaces adequate for our 2 pickup trucks. Apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Our granddaughter also loved the welcoming farm cat.
