Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Klagenfurt (8 km) und dem Wörthersee (5 km). Sie ist direkt am Rauschelesee, einem kleinen im Landschaftsschutzgebiet liegenden warmen Badesee gelegen. Zum Flughafen Klagenfurt sind es ca. 14 km. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben, wenn du das Ursprüngliche suchst, Naturnähe bevorzugst, es liebst am Wasser zu wohnen und Freude an der Begegnung mit weltoffenen Menschen hast.

Unsere neu renovierte und sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Kirchplatz ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gewährleisten. Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Ganzes Apartment (127m2), Waldrand, Ausblick

3 separate Schlafzimmer, zusätzlich bei Bedarf 1 Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Unmittelbar hinter dem Haus beginnt das "Kreuzbergl", ein wunderbares Waldgebiet zum Spazierengehen, mit Teichen, Spielplatz, Gasthäusern (5-10 Gehmin.). Ins Zentrum 4 Min. mit dem Auto, zum Wörthersee 6 Min. 2 Supermärkte in 2 Min. Entfernung. In der Unterkunft gibt es Wanderkarten und Bücher zum Schmökern!
