Dream Chalet Austria 1875m - Outdoorsauna and Gym

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Schönes Apartment in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Die unterkunft bietet platz für 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern. Sie haben noch ihr Privates Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Terrasse mit Essbereich und eine schönen Garten. Parkplatz ist kostenlos verfügbar direkt vor dem Haus.

We like to have a nice home and enjoy it. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special refuge to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀. Along the Lend Canal, the lake can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike. Klagenfurt city centre is just 1 km away and almost all sights are within walking distance.
