1 1/2-room garden apartment

You will live in a part of the house with your own entrance, small living room, kitchen and bathroom for your own use. So you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom is on the 1st floor, where there are also a few rooms and the owner's office. You don't have a completely closed apartment. Please no smoking. There are cats in the house. There is a parking space. All in a quiet garden neighborhood with lots of birds. In summer, use the garden seating. For 2 people, only for a short time 3 people.

Double bed invites for a good night’s sleep, the built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space and a working desk helps to stay productive and organized. The separate bathroom with a shower features hand towels, a hair dryer.The kitchenette consists of an electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. A full meal can be prepared in the shared kitchen with numerous cooking stations located on the 7th floor.

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For a more comfortable arrival and departure, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich and City Airport.
