Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Stadtteil Etwashausen bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Main und im fränkischen Umland. In nur 150 Metern erreicht man zu Fuß das malerische Mainufer. Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by – making it easy to plan your stay. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Main River. Enjoy the city on weekends from May to October. Explore the old town and possibly the Fastnacht Museum. Shopping facilities within walking distance. Enjoy coffee and cakes right at the house. Unfortunately, this apartment is not barrier-free, as it is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Right on the Main & in the old town

Top location in the Sanderau: the Main, the Löwenbrücke and the Ringpark are right on the doorstep and you are in the old town in a few minutes on foot. The city beach on the Main is only 200 m away. The university and university of applied sciences are also a few minutes away on foot. The small but nice studio apartment (about 20 m²) has an equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a wardrobe, a bed, a work area, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

Ein Bäckerei-Café & eine Bushaltestelle erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 4 Minuten; einen Supermarkt, die alte Mainbrücke und die Mainfähre Nixe in ca. 10Minuten. Die Ochsenfurter Altstadt mit romantischen Fachwerkhäusern und vielen Türmen lässt sich zu Fuß am Main entlang in ca 15 Minuten erreichen.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Our compact 70 m² apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for relaxing vacations. The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.
