Monthly Rentals in Xàtiva

We had a very nice stay for five nights in Maria Jose La Moma apartment. The studio room was clean, tidy, well decorated, with equipped kitchen and all little details suitable for long stay. The house is located in quiet alley close to the plaza del Mercat, the castle and the historical center of the city. Maria Jose was very attentive, friendly, and available to our needs. We had a great time and would gladly return to her place. Thank you Maria Jose!!! Absolutely recommended!!!

Ruben's smart, modern apartment is very conveniently situated within a few minutes walk from the station as well as supermarkets, independent shops and cafés. A short walk through some shady treelined parks is the fascinating old town and the gradual walk up to the historic castle. I can certainly recommend a few days stay with Ruben's apartment as your base.

The apartment is super large and spacious. I went to spend a weekend with my family since we had a wedding and we were able to invite my uncles to the house to eat without problems because of how large the living room is! Eva is charming and responded super fast when we spoke to her. Everything was super clean and tidy. To repeat.

This place is very authentic and was absolutely immaculate too. In the heart of Xàtiva and had everything you could need for a great stay!
