The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Very nice accommodation, comfortable, air-conditioned with a small inner courtyard super nice, consistent with the photos. Quiet environment, close to the sea. Estefania is available to give good advice. The mother is very kind and welcomed us upon our arrival. To discover!!!

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. Clean apartment with good location beautiful views.

A very warm welcome, you feel right at home. There are good bars nearby and the beach (not sandy) is easily accessible, making it a very pleasant place to spend the holidays.

we felt super comfortable in the house and Eslida. really nice was also the visit of the mini-supermercado around the corner. at night we heard a nightingale sing.

We felt as if we were at home, very comfortable. Mar is very detailed , especially I value that I traveled with a small child there was nothing missing. She's very friendly. Everything is super clean

M Dolores was a super nice host! Her Apartment was clean, beautiful and quiet. The next supermarket and beach are only 12 minutes by foot away, so feeling rested and good was very easy. The main area of Valencia was 30 minutes by uber away. Gym and pool are entered by an app, which was a bit complicated while staying there, but still manageable. All in all I can definitely recommend this apartment as well as Dolores as host for staying in and around Valencia. :)

I had a great time at Javier's studio. Everything was very clean and tidy, as described. The location is very good, very close to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended! I'll be back, thank you!!

This is an excellent apartment, very comfortable, very good decor, a terrace with a spectacular view of Playa de la Concha, just steps from the beach (crossing the street), they are good air conditioning, surrounded by restaurant, bars and shops and 3 minutes from Paseo Mediterráneo (a very touristy area) but at the same time very quiet at night. If you go to Oropesa del Mar this is a great place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at Harald’s place in Valencia. The apartment was really nice, with great views and everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location, close to loads of great food spots. (We went to Chick Shack twice!) Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautiful. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks Harald!

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a superb unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only highly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without any hesitation. A big thank you, everything was great.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Valencia. A truly enjoyable and hassle-free experience!

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!
