Monthly Rentals in Xirivella

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!

The house is really nice and well equipped..and the host is really nice

Really enjoyed staying in Valencia. Lots to enjoy in a great city. The apartment is very very clean, well located for the metro, and really spacious. A great place to stay.

The place was really nice, everything new and perfect. Would definitely come back! I liked it A LOT!
