Holiday rentals with beach access in Xirovrysi

We had a great time staying at the apartment. It was also a really good place to stay with a small child. Thank you also for the always quick and uncomplicated replies when we had questions.

Very beautiful house just like in the photos. Spotless everything with very quiet … the sea is twenty meters from the house and has many restaurants and cafes! Chalkida is 15 minutes away . Dimitra is a helpful and welcoming city from the first moment. The kitchen is perfect with all the comforts, as well as there is also a sound system and two TVs for entertainment !!!! Great choice and I'll go again sometime !!!

A really great location for us for two nights before we headed over to Aegina for a week. We were in striking distance of the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. The restaurants were really good value and excellent food. We even went to the sports bar just by the apartment which was really friendly. Great communication at all times and proactive with information on trains, buses and distances to certain areas and where to eat out. I don’t think you could get a better apartment for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

Argyroula is a lovely host, she was communicating with us at all times. Very kind person and helpful all the time. The apartment is a lovely place, feels like home. Super clean, with all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay, loads of little things that makes a trip more relaxing: Toiletries, coffee and tea provided, so we didn't have to run to buy anything immediately. Location is amazing, just few steps from the sea side, where you can find lovely restaurants and enjoy the view. We will definitely book it again!!!!

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

this place is heaven to wake up every morning to the sounds of birds, to the peaceful amazing view of a wide open sea, sourounded by trees and bushes which goes all the way down to the beach swim in a small sechluded beach with clear water i have not enough words for this amazing place I didn't meet Mania but communication with her was smooth and friendly i wish i had met you as you sound an interesting person to be friend with and hear more about your life thank you so much for everything. the cerenity of your place was very healing and will go with me

Our stay was perfect in every respect! Lia and her husband were very friendly, spoke excellent English, and went out of their way to be helpful. Our flight was delayed and we had difficulty locating the apartment in the dark but they were readily available to give us assistance. The accommodation itself was excellent. It was spacious and had a welcoming feel to it. The decor was nice and had lots of personal touches. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking at home. We appreciated the welcome treats on our arrival and especially loved the tasty home produce we were given during our stay. The village is very peaceful, has couple of small grocery stores, a cafe and a great restaurant all within walking distance. The scenery was wonderful, the rock climbing and cycling were excellent and we enjoyed our trips further afield to the coast and the mountains. Our hosts were fantastic and we will hopefully be back again soon.

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

Very nice place and friendly host!

We stayed at Paulo's little apartment for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is compact but clean and very usable. It had a comfortable bed and pull out couch, a small kitchen (in which we successfully prepared two meals) and a clean bathroom that had a good, hot shower. The absolute highlight of this listing is the private beach, which is everything you might imagine. Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The water was wonderful and calm for a swim. All in all I highly recommend this place for a break. We will certainly look to return soon.

Had an amazing few weeks at Ioannis’s place. Super clean, super comfortable. It’s perfect if you want to get away and relax for a few weeks. The towns nearby aren’t walkable but fine if you have a hire car they’re about a 10 minute drive away, they’ve got great bakeries and food stores for restocking the flat. The closest and best restaurant we had dinner at was “Tavern Bakoutis Nikolaos”. Best meat grilled dinners ever!! (And lots of cats). The pool is bigger than the pictures make it seem and it’s very clean with a pump to filter out leaves etc. Ioannis provides sun loungers which are great on a sunny day. Overall Ioannis is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests happiness, he brought us fish he and his wife had made for lunch as well as giving us recommendations about areas nearby. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants a quiet place to relax and live the Grecian lifestyle.

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

AMAZING! This place is simply amazing. I've never had that in the many Airbnbs I've been to. Lots of attention on our arrival and perfect communication with Dionysis. A very well furnished balcony where it is pleasant to sit and a location in a very cute neighborhood and close to the sea. I recommend this accommodation x1000.

Kostantino was extremely helpful! He helped us everytime we asked to, fast and friendly. The place was homey, and the location is perfect! There is a bus station, metro station, tram station and grocery stores.

Anna’s place was great! 3 min walk from the beach and really delicious affordable restaurants. Anna was super responsive and helpful!!!

The apartment was great it felt like home and you had it all. There is right next door for coffee and breakfast as well as anything else you need to cook. the place is close to all shops, restaurants,club 10 minutes walk. generally highly recommend

The place was very clean and exactly as described. I heard from friends that the area was a bit shady but I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurants and bars nearby. Customer service overall was very good all over Athens. The only downside I would say about the place was the mattress which felt a bit worn out especially on one side. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable place in a convenient location!
