A very friendly and helpful person. They offer all the facilities in case you have questions or problems. What it offers is true. Very nice, pleasant and quiet place. You can access areas as if it were your home. In fact, the next time I have to go to La Seu, I'll go to Monferrret to his house

I highly recommend this hostel for short or long stays. It is in La Massana, which is about 20 mins by car or bus north of Andorra la Vella, but there are plenty of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. The area is gorgeous, with snow-capped mountain views and a lot of green areas, alpine-style buildings, etc. The hostel itself is spotlessly clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and it is very quiet. It has a large kitchen/gathering area on the lower floor and a TV/game room on the top floor. Five stars!!
