Holiday rentals with a patio in Yarra River

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! the host was very responsive and the space was really clean. Overall, the stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Nice, clean large space. Lots of storage space. Its in a great location just across from the station and a shopping mall. Clear instructions from host on how to get in.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

A very well set up apartment for a small family Clean, great price & so close to everything you need this was our 2nd time with this host & again the communication from them is top tier. Brang extra blankets right away when requested for the kids. highly recommend

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

I had booked this beautiful home for our wedding weekend. Shelly was super responsive and allowed us to check in early which was so appreciative. We also had our little dog with us (he was our ring bearer for the wedding) Shelly made it clear that the house wasn’t fully gated and I appreciated this. The place itself is gorgeous, beautiful clean rooms and decor and the greenery was so idyllic. I can’t wait to see my pre wedding photos that we took there as I think they’ll turn out beautiful! The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Space on the Hill is a fabulous place to stay in Loch. Comfortable and homely with every convenience you would need. It is a few steps from the fabulous stores in Loch. I felt part of the community. I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed. Oh! And bring your bike. The rail trail is brilliant. Thanks Beck.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
