Holiday rentals with beach access in Yaverland

Stunning! We had a fab few days here and it’s even better than the photos. Walking in and seeing the view takes your breath away. As well as the stunning view the location is great, v central for town, beach, bus, walks, amazing swims and great eateries. When we were there the road next to accom is blocked by rockfall. It meant the road was lovely and quiet(!) but does make it a longer /hilly walk into town. Wasn’t a problem at all but worth knowing in advance. David was a great communicator, flexible and everything you need to know is in the handy welcome guide. Would love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

It was a lovely tidy and clean apartment with a wonderful view. Robin was very forthcoming in communication.

Great stay in a comfortable stylish apartment. The location was perfect as were travelling without a car and could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby

Daniel’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for a few nights to explore the maritime history of Portsmouth. The views from the apartment were outstanding. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The cohost was very helpful both at check-in and during our stay. The secure parking was a bonus if you are travelling by car. There is a small supermarket below the building for essentials. Outlet shopping across the road with all the major brands and also plenty of choices to dine overlooking the water. The train station across the road is busy and noisy until around 11pm but then it quietens. A great place to base yourself to explore Portsmouth.

We liked here very much! Place was clean, Creydi helped us with clear instructions, many recommendations and quick responses. The location is right on point, very close to the beach but also in the heart of the city-party! We also enjoyed a smooth, flexible check-in. Highly recommend, especially that they opened another room nearby, in the same pretty style!

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Awesome location - we stayed in Ventnor but also drove to Shanklin. Right next to the high street so easy access to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sea view from the front room was lovely.

We have just had a wonderful long weekend at Mulberry View and our hearts are full! This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We spent a lot of time outside and to be able to swim in the sea each morning was just wonderful. The house is pristine, we ate in as we were a largish group and the kitchen is extremely well equipped and a great social space. Comfy beds, and a luxe feel to everything. Philip is a great host, very responsive. The teenage girls in the party popped round to the local arcade on a couple of evenings which they found great fun. A great stay.

Stella was friendly, warm and welcoming. She not only greeted us into her home but personally showed us around, which we loved. The home was in a perfect location to walk to the beach, literally one minute walk. Close to resturants and convince shops. Will, be coming back, highly recommend

It's a small but great property with everything you need. There's no shower but the bath is lovely! There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance and nice walks along the beach. The local bus service is great and the connections from Ventnor to the rest of the island are easily accessed and reasonably frequent. This is definitely a great option if you are looking to stay anywhere on the south coast of the IoW.

A lovely few nights at The Salt Shack. Great location for beach fun. Karen’s communications were spot on and very quick. The facilities are great , clean, modern and stylish. The cupboards are well equipped with all you’ll need. Local shops and cafes are close and plentiful. We especially enjoyed Billy’s on the beach for its menu , service and Sufy vibe. Our granddaughter loved the sand play area and the outside surfboard shower with hit water ! Kurfürstendamm venture to this area and will be back for more I’m sure.

We had a great time staying here for our family celebration. The house and garden are well equipped. Good location, especially for evening walks to see amazing sunsets. Sarah was so helpful accommodating our requests and recommending local places to eat. This is such a good starting point for visits around the island.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

I had such a lovely stay at this charming home by the Southsea coast! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the seafront, with easy access to the pier, local cafes, and beautiful coastal walks. The house itself was cosy, clean, and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the little garden out back was perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine. Communication with Steph was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.

What can I say? apart from 'WOW' ! We booked Xander's Tall House for the IOW festival w/e for our daughter and son to join us with their partners and we were looking for a family orientated space with ample facilities. This house delivered in every aspect - and more! Xander is an exemplary host from the point of booking and throughout our stay being very responsive and super helpful. From opening the front door we knew that we were in for a treat! Beautifully furnished with a homely feel, a fabulous rustic kitchen which opens out onto the cutest courtyard garden for dining and which we made good use of. Loads of space with 2 sitting rooms on different floors together with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms there was plenty of room to spread out as well as be together! The absolute icing on the cake however has to be the location. A 2 minute walk from Bembridge's array of little shops and also the beach! Wow! This house is a gem and we had a wonderful stay. Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

Beautiful penthouse apartment that was perfect for our stay. Amazing location just off Shanklin beach and gorgeous sea views. Such a nice communal socialising area with a very big TV! Also so nice to have three en-suite bedrooms.

Fantastic place. Any closer to the sea and you'll get wet feet. Clean everything easy tind travel wise. Peaceful evenings to relax.

We are just back for a two-night stay. This is a little gem of an air b&b! We all enjoyed the property, it was like a home from home. Lively clean and fresh, it had everything we needed plus more. We would stay again for sure. Thank you Lucy

Stayed for 2 nights, <5min walk to waterfront and bus into Portsmouth. Walk back from Portsmouth along waterfront quite pleasant 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Very comfortable
