Beautiful accommodation in a quiet neighborhood, near the forest of Sénart

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Beyond a very pleasant and friendly welcome, the accommodation is particularly well suited to accommodate tenants (independent entrance, view of the garden without interference with the owner). The layout of the space is modern, clean, and functional. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

Samantha is always available to answer any questions. The accommodation is very pretty, equipped and very clean. In addition: the small garden. What a joy to be able to read outdoors.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

I had a great stay at Pivoine. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and consistent with the listing. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for resting. Pivoine was very responsive, welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Communication was smooth and enjoyable. We are a family with 2 kids and we visited Paris during the winter break. Anthony's place was exactly what we needed : first of all, very close to RER station. 5-7 min away from RER D South; if you catch the rapid train, in 20 min you arrive in Paris. Close to the train station there was a Franprix supermarket, very convenient. Two boulangeries very close, restaurants with various specific that we loved. The place was very clean; the apartment is decorated very fain and lovely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook the dinner for kids. We felt we discovered a piece of Paris with this lovely decorated apartment. Thank you Anthony for having us ! laura

Reda is a very friendly host, helped us out with SIM cards when we arrived. He is always responsive. The place is very clean and great supplies in the kitchen. Thumbs up!

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Samira hosts a great apartment which is near a big shopping centre where you can buy everything. Also, the apartment is close to a good rail link to Paris where you can catch a train directly to the Eiffel Tower, and also is very close to the Palace of Versailles.

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

The room is very comfortable, clean and tidy and the owners are very nice!
