Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Loiva, etelään aukeava hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin lasten vesileikkeihin ja perheille on muutenkin paljon tekemistä mökillä ja lähialueella. Löytyypä meiltä myös trampoliini, nuotiopaikka ja vene. Tervetuloa lomailemaan! Mökki sijaitsee Saimaa by Cycle Pyhäselän kierros ja Liperi Leipäpitäjä -pyöräilyreittien varrella.

Cozy cottage on the beach of Pyhäselkä. The cottage has just been renovated. It has a kitchen, hallway, terrace, sauna and outdoor toilet. The kitchen can accommodate 4 people to sleep. The cottage kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and running water from the lake, also hot. The terrace is covered, with a couch, table set and gas grill. The cottage has a wood-heated sauna, outdoor fireplace. There is a rowboat available. A smoke sauna can be arranged separately.

Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

High quality renovated (100 square meter) stunning house 15 meters from the sandy beach of Kuorinka. The house is peacefully located about one kilometer from the public road. The beach is shallow and sandy, water is extremely clear. The house has two spacious bedrooms, a livingroom-kitchen, a large utility room, shower, sauna and separate WC. The living room offers a fabulous view to the lake. The house is surrounded by a large terrace. In the yard is an outdoor sauna and a campfire.

Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha
