This property was amazing. It was even better in person than the pics show. We loved every moment here during our week-long stay from Florida. It has the perfect Pennsylvania woods scenery and is so peaceful with the stream running right through it. Eric was super prompt with any of my questions. We used the hot tub practically everyday, we enjoyed the fire pit, lounging on the porch and walking around. My kids (6&8) absolutely loved playing in the stream and of course making s’mores. The inside of the cabin was impeccably clean and cozy. There were plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable and felt new. Everything we needed in a kitchen was available. I would stay here again and again.

Cannot give enough stars to this property and hosts!!! What’s a paradise on the Bay. The hosts ensured our stay was stress free, comfortable and that we knew all about the location. The property has some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Linens were high quality and the cabin is spotless! The extra little design features just made it FUN! We spent a lot of time on the deck, in the hot tub, and at the fire pit! The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are so kind and welcoming! Don’t forget to hang out on the dock and definitely walk down to the beach! We will see this property again next year and cannot wait to book it!

The Butchers Shop was beautiful, set right in Amish county. We were close to Lancaster, Bird in Hand and Ronks areas and also a quick trip to Maryland. If you love to cook you will adore the kitchen that is there and it is well stocked. The shower room was very unique and it was so nice to have the toilet separate. The property was quiet at night and hot tube was very clean. The care taker for the property lives within steps of your back door if you need anything and was a pleasure to talk with and had great local recommendations.

Nice cabin for a family getaway. Although not modern, it was decorated like a Cracker Barrel, which is homey for most people. Lots of space, and had plenty of games .

Thought I should only give 1 star for how the place was described. The pictures didn't do the house justice, it was much nicer than I expected! The kitchen was great and connected to the living room so preparing dinner we were not excluded from the group. The location was secluded and peaceful for relaxing in the hot tub. Really close to Gettysburg for enjoying the history. Thanks for a great place for the weekend.

Our family spent a few days in the area and felt that we truly lucked out finding this place. It was magical - - from the railroad walk, to the backyard creek and beautiful hens. Krista was a great host. She left us some fresh eggs and local coffee beans, which made us feel right at home. House was comfortable and clean. Great kitchen set up for cooking, huge selection of spices.

Could not of been happier. Lovely property, great location near Gettysburg as we wanted one place for 10+ guests to tour the battlefield. Great beds, very comfortable, burn pit was a great plus for a party of our size after dinner.

The cabin was spacious and well-kept with modern amenities. Well stocked with everything we forgot to bring. Beautiful outdoor space. We had an outdoor fire at night and sat on the porch in the sun in the morning. Located close to the hike and mountain biking we had plan. We will definitely go back and found the peace and quiet we were looking for.

We had a great stay at this cabin—very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were all in excellent shape and stocked well, and the washer/dryer was high quality. Beds and linens were comfortable, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus. Appreciated the availability of streaming TV. Beautiful, peaceful setting. Only wish the patio furniture had been a bit more usable. Overall, highly recommend!

I surprised my husband with this trip with our son, nephews and brother in law for a birthday guys weekend. They were so happy with everything! My husband said it was the best weekend! Such a beautiful place! They didn’t have one complaint. Loved the set up and fishing and scenery! I’m so thankful they got this experience! My husband definitely wants to go back!

I had an amazing time staying at Jason's glamping cabin! The property and view was absolutely gorgeous, and the cabin was very peaceful. I enjoyed working on my painting while listening to the babbling brook and horses next to the cabin. The cabin and outhouse were clean and well organized. Lastly, Jason was an awesome host! He proactively reached out with helpful instructions/directions as well as recommendations for hiking trails and restaurants. I highly recommend this option for anyone who would like a peaceful glamping experience on a beautiful horse farm!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very relaxing, beautiful cottage and east, smooth communication. It was perfect for our four person retreat weekend.

Our stay was incredible. Everything was clean and easy to find. They really thought of everything, from extra blankets and linens to kid friendly bowls & cups. The beds were clean and comfy. The entire place was so peaceful and tranquil. The patio was so relaxing to sit on in the evenings. On top of all of that, the communication and response time of the hosts was so quick. We picked this place because of its proximity to our family in Dauphin and we will 100% be back. We loved every second of our stay!

Me and my girlfriend wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to be together, so we chose this cabin. The stay was very comfortable and refreshing and fully met our expectations. This was our first time ever staying at an Airbnb and it was definitely an amazing experience. We would absolutely come back here again.

The place was gorgeous and the hosts were great! Response time was less than 5 minutes and they were super friendly. The place was super clean and the hosts thought of every need! Even when the hosts were on their porch and we were on ours, it felt completely private. Great views of the land and creek. Great time and great place!

I liked the house. It was new, clean and private. EV charger is an extra plus. Penn’s Cave and wildlife is a good place to visit and Harshbarger’s Sub is a restaurant I recommend. If I have to mention something to improve, there were lots of ants. I highly recommend this place.

The cabin is perfectly situated just outside of downtown Gettysburg, so guests can choose if they want seclusion and quiet or a nice meal out in a beautiful town. Chad is a fantastic host and the home was spotless and furnished with all new appliances. Highly recommended listing!

This is a very special place. The cabin is set on a beautiful small farm, with animals to visit and berries to pick! The cabin is even better than the photos suggest, with spacious rooms and strong, rustic materials. The sound of the birds at dawn and dusk was quite a show. Jason, the cohost, was very friendly and helpful, providing opportunities to see different parts of the property, and shared advice about local activities. We visited the park and beach at Blue Marsh Lake, which was very pretty and child-friendly. I highly recommend visiting this place!

Our stay was memorable. Tim's cabin and property is more beautiful in person. The details are amazing. Our family has a wonderful time. If you are looking to relax and unwind from busy life this is where you want to stay. Tim was awesome host very attentive and helpful. We appreciate him allowing us to share this little gem.

My family and I had a wonderful time and the location was pristine. Certainly a wonderful place to stay lots of great restaurants in the area and beautiful nature surrounding the house was a major plus.
