“This was the most beautiful house we've ever rented. The hosts designed and built the house, and it is truly all it was advertised to be. The architecture is incredible, with 40 - 50 foot lodgepole ceilings, staircase and loft area, and the kitchen is literally fully stocked with every appliance or device you would need. The furnishings are top-notch from granite countertops to river-rock walk-in showers and designer sinks. This is a perfect getaway for a family that appreciates fine surroundings and seclusion. The cabin-themed décor is luxurious, not at all rustic, and the fine art on the walls is a feast for those who appreciate original paintings and displays of Native American artifacts. There were only the two of us, so we only used one bedroom, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially also appreciated the huge flat screen TV with Direct TV above the fireplace. We only went upstairs to look around and examine the beautiful art, but we also played pool and then cards on the card table. The photos on the website are extremely accurate, and this is really a terrific place to accommodate a large family gathering. If I owned this house I would be reluctant to rent it to strangers, who might not treat it with the respect it deserves. The only thing we experienced difficulty with was connecting to the Internet, as the two passwords didn't work, and the instructions in the house booklet said that Internet connection is limited in Young. This was more of an inconvenience than a problem, and we were mainly there to relax, read, and write anyway, so we occupied ourselves with that. It was a nice break from the outside world! There isn't much to do in Young, and you have to bring in all your own groceries as the nearest store is an hour and a half away in Payson, so if you really like seclusion this is the perfect destination! We really loved our stay at this beautiful house, and very much appreciated the hospitality of Don and Patricia. We will definitely come back here again, and are thinking of bringing another two couples with us next time as an excuse to get together and share time with old friends. Many thanks Don and Patricia! We hope that next time we can get together for a BBQ and an evening visiting with you! God Bless Gill and CJ”

“Lynelle and Wendall were fantastic hosts. Fealt apart of the family from the minute we got out of the car. Beautiful property and well maintained. Took a walk by the creek and saw 7 Elk. This was our first experience with air b&b and already planning our next trip out! We brought our black lab and she was able to roam freely and explore. Definitely the place to stay to relax and unwind. Breakfast and coffee made each morning. A couldn't of asked for a better weekend.”

“Erleen could not have been more accommodating to us for our stay. She was always available to answer questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The beds were comfortable, there was air conditioning (as we like it more cool to sleep) the house was clean, and extremely roomy. We had people coming and going, between 8-14, to stay during the time we were there and not once did it feel crowded, even in the kitchen for meals there was plenty of room to efficiently feed hungry hunters. Thanks again Erleen for everything, you are the best!!!”
