This apartment offers very fast internet (fiber optic) and is in an ideal location for hikers and skiers who want to explore the TyrolWest holiday region. A modern living room with a sofa bed, a cozy bedroom with box spring bed and a kitchen with dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. To further facilitate easy arrivals and departures, a parking space in front of the building is provided free of charge for guests. There is fiber optic internet.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

In the Austrian Alps in the heart of Landeck is this small, west-facing, 56 square meter garden apartment. The train station (long-distance transport) is a 10-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy and a Spar. The city center and swimming pool are within walking distance. The surrounding skiing and hiking areas are also connected by bus. For those with a car, there is also a parking space at the house.

From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
