Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. The garden can be closed off and the Jacuzzi (39°C) and Sauna can be booked for a part of the day.

The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.
