Charming studio for 2, 4 or 6 people on the border of Hillegom and Bennebroek, in the middle of De Zuilen estate, located at the back of a characteristic farm with beautiful views of the garden. Spending the night with us is a unique experience that brings you peace of mind and lets you taste the essence of nature. Old entrance gates and courtyards make this perfect entirely. Our concept is simple, harmonious and full of energy for those who are open to (re)discovering the balance of life.

Near beach, 20 train-min from A’dam. Free bike-use

The house was renovated in 2017. It is a semi-detached, single storey-building, situated next to the house of the owners. It has a separate entrance. The house has a living room with open kitchen, access to a terrace with a spendid view of the countryside and a well equipped bathroom with rainshower, a double bedroom with a separable double bed (160 cm) and a smal 1-person bedroom with a single bed. The house is suitable for 3 persons. There is a couch-spare bed in the lounge.

DUINUNDER In the dunes, walking distance to the beach

Apartment in the basement of our house equipped with every comfort! Renovated in 2021, for extra light windows in the bedrooms and the kitchen placed. It remains a basement with the most light in the living room. Within 1 minute you are in the dunes where you can walk to your heart's content. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Sunbathing, beach walk or would you rather have a drink at one of the beautiful beach clubs? Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem and Amsterdam are nearby.

Cozy basement in the bulb region, private entrance.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Studio Lines is a quietly located, newly built guest suite (2021), 50 meters from the dunes and 600 meters from the beach. The luxurious and modern studio has its own entrance, a comfortable box spring bed (160 × 200 m), blackout blinds, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a microwave, oven, stove, coffee, tea and a smart TV incl. Chromecast, Wi-Fi and a protected terrace. Tourist tax and parking right in front of the studio are included in the price.

Habitus Nova Zandvoort Studio

Our studio is equipped with all comforts, with a lovely 160x210. A private kitchen, lovely shower and TV with Netflix. It is a quiet street and everything is within walking distance. Our beach has many beautiful, fun and cozy beach bars with incredibly delicious food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

Welcome to this comfortable apartment with its own entrance. Fully furnished living room with open kitchen. Bedroom 2 beds in single or double arrangement, washing machine and dryer, double TV with Netflix. Practical, heated bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Furnished patio. Free parking space 7 minutes walking distance. Near the dunes 80 meters, the beach 600 meters and the city center 300 m. Supermarket nearby. Children and animals are welcome.

This lovely "tiny" cozy cottage is brand new and is located near the train station and a 5-minute walk to the beach, the circuit and the center of Zandvoort. Equipped with underfloor heating, a comfortable bed (160 x 200), air conditioning, WiFi and smart TV (including Netflix) The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The summer cottage has its own entrance on the shell path and a cozy private garden.

Nalu Sea Lodge

Nalu Sea Lodge ligt op een geweldige locatie, slechts 10 stappen verwijdert van het strand. De Lodge heeft alles om u zich thuis te laten voelen. Het woon gedeelte op de eerste verdieping is ingericht als studio, met een slaap, woon en keuken gedeelte. U heeft vanaf het woongedeelte via de openslaande deuren toegang tot het zonnige balkon. Op de begane grond is de entree, badkamer en het toilet. Het gehele appartement heeft vloerverwarming.

Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

Welkom in ons ruime, rustige en lichte guesthouse in Zandvoort Zuid! Mijn man en ik wonen hier met heel veel plezier en delen deze mooie locatie graag middels ons guesthouse. Het is ideaal voor stellen ( 5 min lopen van strand, 2 min van duinen en 2 min van centrum. 2 fietsen beschikbaar. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond met een eigen opgang, tuin met zonnig zitje incl tuinstoelen, ruimte om eigen fietsen mee te brengen.

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.
