We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Szalejówka

Szalejówka - built entirely of wood, which creates its unique atmosphere. Here you will experience real silence, sleep like never before, relax by the fireplace and play board games. In summer, the greatest pleasure is sitting on the terrace and looking at the forest, meadow and passing animals, and the playground for children. You can sit by the barbecue or the fire. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlina from here. We are the ideal starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Lean back comfortably and look at the mountains, forests and the rising sun... In the morning, run out of bed, make yourself a fragrant coffee and for a while snuggle up in the arms of a comfortable big bed. Smell the fresh aroma of herbs from our garden, grill with them and enjoy moments together by the fire. Moreover, bikers will love it here. UTRAILOO is a great base for Trutnov Trails, it is right next to them. You will appreciate how we have prepared it here for your bikes!

In the Heart of the Valley - Adam's Cottage

A cozy cottage in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley created for those who want to relax and be in contact with nature. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. A private wood-fired hot tub and barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable holiday. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. This is where the road ends and the real relaxation begins.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

This location allows all sports enthusiasts to spend an active holiday, both in the summer and winter season. Nearby are ski areas, natural swimming pools, spas, popular destinations (castle Náchod, Kudowa Zdroj ), Masarykova Chata, Šerlich, Protected Landscape Area Broumovsko, ...)

Ostoja pod Osówką Dom Cisza (Silence House)

You will experience silence, peace, relaxation and privacy. 6-8 person cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. The Sowie Mountains are extremely friendly to visitors. The Riese Underground Complex – the largest mining and construction project of Nazi Germany. Mysterious buildings, corridors and tunnels left behind by the Nazis. The underground city of Osówka is located 1.7 km from the Refuge.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor wood-fired panoramic sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.
