The apartment is very large and spacious. Beautiful location overlooking the mountains. Everything you need is there. We liked it very much at Susanne's and we highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic, warm and perfectly furnished apartment. Everything has been thought of. Everything you need is available and more. The balcony and the view are breathtakingly beautiful and large! The parking space in the underground car park is extremely convenient. Silence that is "disturbed" by cowbells and birdsong. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. A clean, very tidy place and a sweet area close to all the slugs are very beautiful and have an extra bed in the hall but there are no spoons and no washing machine in the same apartment but there is a washing machine in the building with coins, in general the place is very beautiful

Great place to spend afew nights on a ski trip

We (2 adults and 1 dog) felt very comfortable. The hostess was always available and extremely friendly. The room was clean and exactly as described. The area offers various hiking trails and a lake to relax. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away, but you could also stock up on the farm's own food in the accommodation itself. The people were extremely friendly, but it was also possible to hike for hours without meeting a single person. For a new vacation in the region, I would always choose this accommodation. 5 stars !

This apartment is perfect for a group of friends during ski holiday. Well equipped, cozy and comfortable, perfect location close to skibus and restaurants or shops. Highly recommend! 👌

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

The property is very luxuriously furnished. We felt very comfortable. The spa is an eye-catcher. Kitzbühel can be reached in 5 minutes by car, so all shopping facilities. Host was always reachable. The only point of criticism is: proximity to the main road. The car noises can be heard on the balcony or on the terrace.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

We stayed for the second time in this beautiful resort in Uttendorf – and it was simply fantastic again! Everything is very clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. Surroundings is quiet and picturesque, perfect for relaxing. We especially want to highlight the friendly and helpful staff – you immediately feel welcome. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Nice spot tucked away on the hill. Fridge and cookware were nice too!

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.
