To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

My group of 9 was well accommodated and had an amazing stay! Highly recommend to any and all.

If you want a quiet place outside of downtown but only 20mins away from the action then stay here. it was great, peaceful and CLEAN!! Lots of space, and beds were so comfortable I had a great time! Would stay again!

This was my family’s second time staying at the home and it was yet again amazing! Our host is so helpful and friendly and the home is beautiful! We loved staying there for the second year in a row and we will definitely be going back again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family, the pool was warm and the park and basketball/tennis court was within walking distance. Perfect place. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Debbie was an amazing host and very responsive! Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and communication was amazing would definitely stay here again 10/10 experience!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is large and laid out nicely with a big updated kitchen, large primary suite with an awesome bathroom, and of course the pool was an added bonus. Only suggestion is to have extra blankets and more glasses and coffee mugs. It's a great place and I recommend staying!

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Great house, accommodations were awesome, clean. Towels and bedding provided were enough for a large group.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabella’s home! It was the perfect place for a family getaway. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The pool area was awesome — a great spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. Isabella was a fantastic host, very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was by far one of the best places I have stayed in and the communication was awesome before, during and after the stay. Jeffery checked in by text to see if we had everything we needed and made sure we got in ok as well. Place was awesome. Definitely stay here again. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We just hated we only had 2 days. The place was perfect for kids, young and old. Had everything you could possibly need! Two families stayed with 5 ages 10-15, they had a ball!! When asked their favorite part, they couldn’t pick just one. I would recommend booking with Courtney and Robert. It was smooth and easy, they answered promptly, and were great hosts! Thank you for sharing your space with us. We will be back!

I had a great stay! Everything was up to par just as described in the listing. The space was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I needed. One of the highlights was the pool it was the perfect temperature and made for a relaxing experience. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how smooth everything went from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic first visit to Florida and Kirsten went above and beyond to ensure we hand an amazing time in the villa. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, the house was exactly as described. Beautiful home in a fabulous location. Publix supermarket within walking distance, Target and Walmart a 10-15 min drive away, Disney parks only 20mins most days, Universal parks a little further about 40 mins. Kirstens home was incredibly well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay! We stayed as a group of 9 and had plenty of room for everyone. Our children had great fun in the games room and with the additional toys and games in the house. Overall it was a great holiday and when we return to the states (hopefully in the near future) we will definitely be giving Kristen a call to rebook our stay here! This house is very comfortable! We have 5 kids and they all enjoyed using the pool and pool table. I recommend highly paying for the pool heat; more so for the evening swim. We still used the pool daily, but I will definitely ask to have it heated before we come next time. We felt very safe in this location. Clean, family-friendly surroundings. Easily accessible to all Disney activities! We also spent time in Clearwater and on the Atlantic coast. About 1.5 hours to Gulf or Ocean from her place. We will definitely be back!!❤️

Me and family of 7 stood at Marks place for 4 days, House is beautiful actually needs Better pictures because is way better in person, pictures don’t do justice. Rooms are spacious very clean, decor is very nice and modern, the kitchen was our favor part where we spent most of our time, while cooking and playing pool. The Hot Tub is a huge bonus the highlight of every night, and morning coffee while looking at the golf course was my fav. Even the neighbors were so nice. will deff return and recommend the home to friends and family. Thank you again for having us!
