Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Due to the convenient location to the A9 and A72, excursion destinations are easily accessible. Ideal starting point for destinations in Northeast Bavaria, Southeast Thuringia and impressions on the former German/German border. We are also happy about guests in transit, hikers and cyclists. Cozy 2-room apartment near the city center. Supermarket, small kiosk, ice cream shop and hospital around the corner. Public transport is a 5-10 minute walk away. Plauen city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. We offer a fully furnished apartment that is perfect for short trips or long stays. Families are also always welcome with us. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.

Apartment on the ground floor with bedroom and two beds, living room, bathroom and kitchen if necessary. The apartment is not locked, access via the staircase. Quiet location. Parking in front of the house. At the moment, for medical reasons, we have something against pets (living kidney donation)
