The toilet and shower are conveniently located in the stable building; clean and in keeping with the authentic farm experience.

Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Fully equipped, but reduced to the essentials, this tiny house is the perfect place for a break. Practically at your doorstep, the local recreation area "Witi" with its large natural areas invites you to take walks and bike rides. Right next to the campsite is the restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

🌿 A retreat with history and atmosphere Experience the special tranquility of a lovingly renovated, over 240-year-old cottage on the edge of the village – surrounded by nature and yet only 25 minutes by train from Bern. The house combines traditional charm with stylish furnishings and can accommodate up to 4 people. The heart of the house is the cozy living room with a tiled stove: On cool days, the crackling fire creates an incomparably warm and relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, which we have partly developed ourselves. Like the rest of the house, we have equipped it with some self-designed design elements. The private seating area with evening sun and babbling brook invites you to switch off and the walk to the Emme leads right past the apartment.
