The room has a spacious bed with bedding, a desk and many printed materials with information about the place and the surroundings.

We offer a spacious 60 sqm apartment for up to 4 guests, which has been sustainably renovated in the sense of Stella. Quietly located, the accommodation offers direct access to public transport (stops in all directions about 500 m away), short distances to Zittau city center (duration about 10 minutes), direct connection to the recreational area Olbersdorfer See (duration about 15 minutes) and connection to the narrow gauge railway to the Zittauer Gebirge nature park (duration about 10 minutes)

Approx. 3 min. walk to the market with cinema, shops and restaurants, university and bus stop. The apartment is ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), has one bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with sitting area. Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

There is ONE free parking space available in the courtyard. Bikes can be stored in the basement.
