**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful stay in Emden!** My week-long stay at Elena's place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is centrally located, so I could easily reach everything important on foot. Despite the typically changeable East Frisian weather, I took every opportunity to sit on the small terrace and enjoy the fresh air – a real highlight! The apartment was clean, cozy and equipped with everything I needed. Elena was a very pleasant and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything and would stay here again at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time in Emden! ☀️🏡

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for 6 people. Very good, fast and nice communication with the host. Good opportunities for shopping by bike or car. Good parking, also for several cars. We would recommend the place right away. Thanks a lot!

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We had a nice few days at Jan's. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

We enjoyed our stay at TheDa's place. It is a brand new apartment that has a clever layout and is lovingly furnished. You have everything you need and feel right at home. Within walking distance you are right in the city center. Communication with Theda was always quick and very friendly. We can recommend this place without hesitation!

So here we felt right at home! Loving design in everything as well as perfect cleanliness make the arrival as in a 2nd home very easy. Very good instructions, very clear and complete, no questions remain unanswered! The restaurant tips were all mega-good and we always did well on the excursions - favorites: Restaurant Kabajs and Castos, walk on the Wall, of course the art gallery... Excursions to the north/Norddeich, Aurich and Greetsiel were also great. The most wonderful thing was the incredible friendliness of the East Frisians, consistently and simply pleasant to spend a relaxing time here in the fresh North Sea air. Gladly again!

Marion is a super host. Friendly and nice. She even allowed us to park the bikes in the garage overnight.

We felt very comfortable in Marcel's apartment. It looks exactly like the photos and as described in the description. It is totally clean and very modernly furnished, you can also reach everything on foot. Marcel responds quickly and responds to concerns. We had great days even though the weather was not optimal:)

We were traveling with two small children. The house was perfectly furnished, equipped and even in bad weather there were enough excursion destinations in the area (e.g. indoor playground, swimming pool). We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week. The house has all the comforts, including a very nice kitchen. The sun in the front garden was also nice, where we could have had a quiet breakfast. The location is nice and quiet, so we were really able to sleep very well. In the area we enjoyed the nature, the tranquility and the friendly people. The reception was warm and personal, even our dog Bettie received a warm welcome. All in all recommended, we will definitely come back there. Finally, I would also like to mention Dokkum, a very nice town with special shops and good restaurants. Thank you Coen and Anne (and Marianne) for this beautiful, nice week. We had a wonderful time in Meppen and were allowed to stay in a great house. The accommodation was not only cozy and clean, but also perfectly equipped - we lacked nothing! The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing or exploring the surroundings. A special highlight was our host: incredibly friendly, helpful and warm! It was immediately clear that he was involved with a lot of love and commitment. We felt welcome from the first moment. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in Marie-Luise's house. Nordic, quiet and idyllic. Walks, bike rides or just relax in one of the many seating areas...and we could also make music without neighbors.

We liked the apartment very much, it is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. Dennis as a host was responsible, caring and kind. We heartily recommend it!

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location - quietly located, but very well suited as a starting point for activities by car, bicycle or on foot. We were able to safely park our bicycle and car on or at the premises. In very good weather, we enjoyed the time on the terrace. We had a very good time in the beautiful apartment. Marion was always available to answer our questions. Arrival and departure went absolutely smoothly. We will definitely be back! What I personally noticed; the apartment was larger than it appeared in the pictures, which of course made us very happy.

We spent a weekend with two families including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with all the comforts. The children enjoyed the space with table tennis table, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it rained outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the surroundings. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. Very clean, modern and well-equipped apartment. Some restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. The terrace with the adjoining lawn was very nice, with sun in the afternoon and evening. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car. We were there with our 10-month-old child. For travelers with children of this age, I would not necessarily recommend the apartment, as there are too many interesting cabinets, etc.

I really enjoyed it and am happy to recommend the apartment. My dog and I were guests in this beautiful, old and spacious building with great garden and outdoor seating for 2 months. There is everything you need to cook, relax or learn about the area. The contact with Andrea worked great. Thank you.
