The property is at the center of Küsnacht, a 7-minute walk from the train station, where a train goes to Zurich every 10 minutes. Bellevue is only a 10-minute train ride. To the park by the lake it is a 10min walk.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
