Walking/cycling: Mountain bike route at 100 meters.

Welkom bij ‘B ‘t Oale Spoor’, op onze fijne plek direct aan de rand van de Sallandse Heuvelrug in het gezellige dorp Hellendoorn! Achter in de tuin staat ons gastenverblijf met privétuin, woonkamer, pantry-keukentje, badkamer/toilet, slaapk met 2-p bed, slaapzoldertje met 2 bedden boven de keuken en 1 bed op vide slaapkamer. Centrum en station op loopafstand. Maar we wonen ook heerlijk vrij, direct aan het bos en Pieterpad. 2025 gerenoveerd! Permanent verblijf is helaas niet toegestaan.

Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.
