The studio apartment is very similar with another one (Terra app) in the same building so when booked together it's suitable for families and friends up to 6!

The " Lazzarini- Battiala" palace is a part of the baroque country-side castle built in 1797. in a peaceful place Martinski, only 10 min away from Labin and 15 min away from beautiful beaches. The palace is protected by the Republic of Croatia-Ministry of culture, so this was respected during the restoration - all the rooms and interior were left as they were.
