Holiday rentals with a patio in Zutphen

A great place to stay. We felt very comfortable right away. There was nothing missing, Martin is very nice and immediately showed and explained everything. We'd love to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Kampen with Iris and Lukas. Everything you invited was present. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the bed also slept very well. In short, we definitely recommend it for future guests! 😊

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nijmegen city center. Comfortable beds, delicious kitchen and beautiful living room. Leon always responded very quickly and was helpful.

Very nice cottage! And a nice cozy layout. Beautiful green plants in the house and a fresh forest of hyacinths on the table. We were cold when entering but the place was heated very quickly. From the cottage, you can walk into the woods to various clog paths. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others, and I would definitely book it again myself. Thanks for the hospitality and maybe see you soon!

I had to spontaneously organize an arrival for 2 employees on the same day, as they forgot to book a place for them. At 12pm on a Sunday I booked with Peter and contacted him. He responded immediately and made everything possible for the two of them. I am very grateful to him for the spontaneous and flexible response and the accommodation of the two. High praise for communication! The two were very satisfied in the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

What a great weekend we had. Top location. Very nice and clean apartment. Berlinda has received us very friendly. 1 time breakfast taken and this was above expectation so much choice. We really liked that Diederik and his cheerful dog came to chat with us in the evening when we were sitting outside under the veranda. Not for nothing an extra night booked. In short, it was a very nice first experience through Air B&B. (5 stars and more from us!

Great house, especially the beautiful conservatory where we sat wonderfully. It is also very nice to be able to open the glass walls in good weather. Nice terrace. Special that the house is on a busy road, but due to the distance to the road there was no traffic to hear.

We had a nice stay, everything was well taken care of. You can look out into nature, and you can walk a lap along the Vecht directly from the house. Recommended!

Hi, we were here for an extended weekend. We were immediately in a positive mood due to the communication with Silke, who was super likeable from the first minute. Super pleasant start with key handover at the reception. There were a lot of people speaking German, no matter where, whether at the registration, in the restaurant, on the beach or wherever in the super cute kiosk at the park, and they were all very sweet. The best thing about all this wonderful house right on the lake. 2 minutes and you can start relaxing and having fun in the water right at the dog beach. In the photos, we first thought the garden was unfortunately not fenced, but NO, the garden is fenced!!! That was ultra cool. Beware, small dogs (like my dachshund lady) find a way to the lake under the terrace. There is a vacancy here, but maybe your people are better educated and are not looking for extinguishers:D The house simply offers a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy life! Will definitely come back ♡

We had a nice stay. Beautiful clean bedrooms. Two very large ones, ideal for adding the cots. Finely furnished kitchen. Plenty of activities at a short distance. And delicious jacuzzi. Recommended!

We are two sisters and spent 3 nights in the beautiful chalet. We liked it very much. It is modernly furnished and we loved the winter garden with the hammock. Everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The landlord was very friendly. We can recommend this chalet 100%.

A very nice and modern holiday home – it is in the middle of the settlement, but we still had the feeling of being in the forest. The best thing is the sliding windows, we often ate outside. The furnishings are very, very good, the interior design is great. The busy roads are far away and the neighborhood is very quiet - sometimes there is absolute silence.

We had a wonderful stay at Katharina’s place. Spotless and a peaceful quiet location. Will come again.

We loved our stay with Werner and Friederike. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times, and they even left some welcome presents for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful and artistic, every detail has been taken care of. The garden is incredible. We enjoyed our days at Werner's and Friederike's house thoroughly and we highly recommend to stay with them.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

The space was clean and cozy, even though the furniture was a little older. But this did not detract from the stay – everything was functional and in good condition. The contact with the hostess was very pleasant, friendly and straightforward. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place!
