You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations possible in the countryside. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

40m² - direct location at the Markkleeberger lake. Not a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in 20 minutes in the center of Leipzig. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to move in the fresh air, the break at Markkleeberger See is perfect. Since 2025, the city of Markkleeberg has levied an accommodation tax of 5%, which is shown here as a "fee for other services".

The listed accommodation is a designer apartment of about 70 square meters with a parking space in the first row on CAPE Zwenkau. The integrated floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Zwenkauer harbor while providing a pleasant daily light radiation. The two sun terraces are accessible through the living room and offer the ideal opportunity for relaxation with a Muschelloun bed and a wooden table with several seating options.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall-out protection for infants can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided if needed. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also well equipped for the winter.

Green idyll near Lake Zwenkau

We warmly welcome you to the "Leipziger Neuseenland"! Our small, cozy apartment is located near the Zwenkauer forest bath with quiet views of the green idyll. It is the ideal starting point for fantastic hikes, adventurous cycling tours and is still practically central to the center of the village. Lake Zwenkauer also invites you to enjoy wonderful excursions.
