The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

This historic, small townhouse is located in the city center of Hanzestad Zwolle, where you have a completely private space with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The building dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessible via a staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
