Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 12 South, Nashville

Comfortable space in a great location. Short walk to the shops in restaurants in 12 South area and conveniently located if you are visiting Belmont or Vanderbilt (and just a short drive to popular spots like Broadway/Country Music Hall of Fame). Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall, this place was great for us 5 adults and 4 teens while we were there for a soccer tournament. A few minor items came up, but we reached out snd Josh & Julie were super responsive and helpful. Super cute house. Had most everything we needed to cook a meal.

Cute well decorated home! Pictures are accurate! The location is great. Quiet neighborhood located a few block from 12 South neighborhood. You must check out 12 South. Great walkable street w restaurants and businesses! Its a gem. Short 5 min Uber/Lyft to Broadway! We were there for CMA Week so the Ubers were slightly higher priced but worth it. The house has comfortable beds and a comfortable living room off the kitchen. We used the BBQ on the deck one night which worked great! The home was CLEAN and well stocked w linens. Mario was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home. Its an older home but has been updated inside and is very charming and comfortable. Well decorated!! I would stay here again if we return!!

Neal was an amazing host who took time to send me local recommendations before our stay. The place was amazing!!! My favorite part was the speakers in the ceiling. Perfect for music listening.

This space was awesome! My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights for a quick weekend trip. Perfect size for 2 people in a private location and walkable to Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, etc. I love this area. Definitely recommend!

Incredibly clean space, layout was great for groups, quiet area. If you’re looking to spend most of your time downtown this is a bit further out. Overall the place worked for us-we just started a single night.

Debbie's house is cute, comfy...and in a great location! The neighborhood is very nice. We walked to 12th Ave for breakfast one morning. Would definitely return for another visit!!

It was spacious and comfortable for two people. The neighborhood was peaceful but close to everything we wanted to see. Mark’s guidebook was super helpful and he was very communicative and responsive. Would recommend!

Amazing stay! We will definitely be back. Not only was this cutest place we’ve ever stayed in but they even had little samples out from their miro chocolate factory (which was amazing by the way!). We ended up buying more next door because the chocolate was the best we’ve ever had. The host was super sweet and accommodating. We were in town for the USMNT soccer game at Geodis park and it was definitely walkable from our location.. about a 15ish minute walk or 5 minute drive. It was decorated so cute and very clean! My husband and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. You will not regret it. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

Great upstairs apartment. Karen gave clear directions and was very responsive! Would recommend to any couple who is going to Nashville for either a brief or extended stay.

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

Arrived late but found the home easily, right off the highway, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful waterfall shower with room for two. A very nice romantic getaway for the wife and I on our anniversary. Will absolutely look at staying there again when traveling through Nashville.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.
