Villa holiday rentals in 12th arrondissement

Redouan was a great host… She was always quick to respond when we had questions. When unexpected circumstances arose beyond her control, she was gracious, flexible, and easy to work with. And our children absolutely loved all the fun toys available for them… Very family friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's home. It is a beautiful old property in a fantastic location. In particular we appreciated the open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, and the pretty courtyard with roses. The house is secure with a big solid gate on the road. We were delighted to find that the house is close to the Roland Garros tennis stadium. There is also a hotel nearby called the Molitor which has a wonderful history from the 1920s and is worth checking out for the rooftop bar and a view of the pool. There are restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute walk or less - if we had more time we would have spent more time in the area near the metro station Boulogne Jean Jaures (line 10). We were delighted to stay at Jacques'. It was his daughter who made the connection with us and she was adaptable. She was able to answer our questions and bring us the missing dishes. The accommodation is as described.

Lily’s home was a restful retreat after long days of exploring Paris as a family. The transit and grocery proximity were convenient. We visited the bakery across the street on several mornings and afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we enjoyed dining on the patio. Lily’s home is very well kept and she provides explicit instructions for everything you need to know. We’d love to stay here again!

Stayed at Host Waoue for work, and it was like being at home. Very clean and tidy accommodation, and convenient to the place of interest. The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay for family with small kids.

A beautiful location in a beautiful setting just outside Paris. Within 10/15 minutes walk, a train station, so you are in the center of Paris in 25 minutes. The house is very spacious with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy BBQ. Kitchen is large and equipped with everything. The bedrooms are fine for 7-10 people and the place is recommended for large groups who want to see Paris but also want to have peace and quiet from time to time. Communication is excellent and pleasant. Recommended!

Great stay at Charles-Henri's! We were able to celebrate Christmas with the family (12 people), the table was large enough, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities (including a cast iron casserole), and the beds were of excellent quality!

A really lovely place to stay just outside of Paris. Lots of space and amenities and Franck was really helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Overall the place was great and as described. Was super hot when we were there, but there are a bunch of fans so that made it OK. We were a large group so it worked out great. We were warned that there may be some painting and flooring still "under construction", there were, but it did not effect our stay at all. Would have liked to take advantage of the back yard, lots of trees and plants, etc but was too hot and outside bugs were crazy this time of year.

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

Beautiful, comfortable, modern and very clean house. Loïc places particular emphasis on welcoming tenants to make them feel comfortable. Very helpful and available, he was able to provide us with fans for the day when it was 35-36°. Loïc is accommodating with arrival and departure times. The place is quiet with trees all around. Close to the Vélizy-Villacoublay shopping center, Paris and Versailles are also nearby. We really enjoyed this stay, which we highly recommend. Thanks again Loïc.

We spent a few nice days in Paris and were warmly welcomed by Nabila and Salim at the beginning. Communication before and during the stay went very well. The house is perfect for a small family and stands in a very quiet side street. Perfect for a getaway despite being close to the metropolis. The pool invites you to cool off. A very clean and fenced facility and absolutely private. That was great. We will be happy to come back any time.

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.

The house is perfect it is even more beautiful in real life. It's spacious and very clean. It contains many amenities, we lacked nothing. Nafi is a huge kindness, she is very responsive and available. I would recommend it 100%
