Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

The studio is on the 7th floor, no elevator. We ask you to provide appropriate suitcases. Transportation, shops and parks nearby. The Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées 15-20 min walk/metro. Equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa bed (quick bed), bathroom and toilet (sink, shower and toilet).

In summer you will find an air conditioner. The neighborhood is very commercial with restaurants, markets and other shops. You are very close to the Champs-Elysées on foot.
