Holiday rentals with lake access in 17th arrondissement

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Small but nice, quiet studio (one flight of stairs down, its shore, bike and sidewalk). Protected, enclosed terrace with furniture/umbrella/tables/bike parking. Bed super, towel change offered. Very friendly, extremely fast and helpful communication. Aldi and boulangerie 500 m, Champs elysee 12 km by bike, gare l'est 9.5 km, Eiffel Tower 13 km. Very nice hosts*******

Jeremie's house is definitely more beautiful than the one in the photos. A beautiful garden and a clean interior. It's a peaceful place a little out of the city.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

I had a great stay at Madame Lamia's. The apartment was clean, quiet and perfectly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and she was very accommodating, especially for the departure schedule, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during a future visit to the region. Thank you again for your kind hospitality!

The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Jonathan is an amazing and kind host. This space is in good location, not too far from Paris. It was perfect for me during my solo travels. It was also very peaceful and quiet. The washing machine was a bonus. I would stay here again.

We were looking for a warm and cozy place to meet and gather our children, students, around their grandmother, to celebrate Christmas with family. Alexandra's place seemed to us, from the photos, suitable for that. It was beyond our expectations…The peaceful, bright and so comfortable stay; the fully equipped kitchen (dishes and appliances) and functional; the very quiet bedrooms with good bedding and very soft sheets and the bathrooms so convenient for each of them. Alexandra even surprised us with the surprise of decorating her living room with a beautiful Christmas tree. We really appreciated this gesture from him and we are very grateful to him for that. The Monoprix is a 10-minute walk away as well as essential shops, which was very convenient for shopping! Alexandra even found us a raclette machine…thank you neighbor. We will remember this exceptional Christmas at Alexandra's for a long time. Thank you

great stay in this apartment, perfect for our Parisian weekend. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and well located next to the tram to go up to Paris.

We had a nice staying, the place is walkign distance from the Palace and a nice little streets with restaurants. It was quiet and cozy, and the host very nice and helpful. They solved quickly and efficiently all the little things that we requested. Check-in and check-out easy, too. W We enjoyed staying in the appartement and discover the beautiful neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.

Very pleasant accommodation, well-located and quiet. Perfect for visiting Chantilly and the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thierry was a great host and very helpful. So much so we extended our stay for another two night. Thierry’s wife was also great and suggested a lovely little creperie (L’tang D’Art) which is a must visit. Our favourite bar to sit outside and watch the sun go down was Diane on the square in Lamorlaye. Will be back 😎

My last visit to the "City of Love" was still from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

Very good communication with the host who was responsive and friendly. The accommodation was clean, warm and well-equipped, everything we were looking for. I recommend it!

I was able to stay at Thierry's place: very quiet, spacious, very spacious. Each of the cottages has a terrace where you can sunbathe while looking at the equestrian buildings all around. There is a very large lawn in front of the cottages where children can run and play safely. The space was better than the photos, bigger. We can come to several families on several apartments because they form a beautiful set. Thierry is a very nice host.
