Serviced apartment holiday rentals in 17th arrondissement

Claude's place is great. It's spacious and quiet while still being right in the middle of a very lively, safe, and walkable area of central Paris. The place was clean and check in was easy. Claude's communication style was very responsive. The AC works, though we didn't need it much. This spot will be at the very top of our list to stay in Paris on our next visit.

We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic and we felt very safe throughout our time there. The flat, while compact, had absolutely everything we needed and was really well thought out. The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering lots of helpful tips and local recommendations which really enhanced our trip. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

Excellent Airbnb in a clean, pleasant and quiet building. The decoration is simple but nice. Satisfactory amenities. The layout of the apartment, ideal. The interaction and management with Yuna was smooth and simple.

Warm and punctual welcome. Housekeeping is done every day in the residence. It's nice!

We really loved our stay here. It is so safe and secure and lots of lovely bars and restaurants all around. About 5 steps from the Metro. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent

Alain’s place is great! Central, but quiet location. The fridge was fully stocked when we arrived. We had everything we needed. Alain was very responsive to messages and questions. It was also great that we were able to drop off our bags as we landed a bit early. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The place was lovely, I felt right at home. The view from the window was breathtaking for me every time. I thank Renaud and Costanza for the hospitality and great communication! Would come back anytime!

Our stay in Paris was wonderful thanks to the ideal location of the apartment. With plenty of great restaurants and cafes within such a short distance our group was happy to stick around the neighborhood on nights we didn’t feel like venturing far, don’t sleep on the Irish pub! Celia was also very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out, very communicative as we worked to resolve our mishap. Our group loved the two bathrooms and full length mirror that made getting ready for a night out easy. We loved our stay and would re-book again!

Great location to visit Paris! The space was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like home!

Michael’s place is very well situated on the edge of the Marais, steps from the Bastille metro stop. There were a few glitches with early check-in but Michael and his team rectified the problems very quickly so we appreciated that.

This loft was perfectly located in the heart of Marais on a quiet street which is great for rest when needed. The stylish place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom provided a wonderful bathing experience with a rain shower. The place is just as pictured and better in person. ;) the host also accommodated a late check out! Great place! Close to Gare de Lyon which is why I booked this place. It’s on the ground floor with literally 1 step. Love the big living room with dining table! Thanks for a great stay!

Very well located place. We had a problem with hot water in the first day and Reva promptly solved. The apartment is exactly the same as the pictures. I do recommend this accommodation in Paris.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location to explore Paris, plenty of breakfast and evening restaurants at the end of the street. We loved our stay here!!
