Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 19th arrondissement

A very nice apartment where everything is taken care of: from the bed linen and towels, to dishwashing tablets and cleaning products to coffee and some basic spices. Ideal for a getaway as you don't have to buy everything first! However, the apartment with washing machine, dryer, freezer, etc. is so well equipped that it is also ideal for a longer stay!

This was a perfect home away from home while we were in Paris to run the marathon! An elevator for our sore legs, a deep bathtub for soaking, coffee and espresso machine for late mornings, a comfortable bed and quiet space near the top floor with beautiful views. Such a relief to feel so comfortable far away from home.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

A compact and comfortable apartment in a good location, great for a short stay in Paris.

We just returned home from a 5-night stay. We were not aware when we booked that the apartment is in a locked and gated complex. We loved that and felt very safe there. The Metro station is a short walk and there is easy access for Uber to pick you up. The apartment has a very nice porch/balcony. We sat out there a lot. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The only thing missing was a microwave. The dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all in French. I used Google Translate camera to understand the settings. We were very happy to have all the appliances. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and other needed items. Apt is comfortable and updated. Louis was an amazing host. When we contacted him, he always responded right away. He was polite and very kind at each interaction. The neighborhood is quiet (by French standards). There are good restaurants within walking distance and two markets about 2 blocks away. One is Kosher. We would stay there again!

We loved our stay at Philippe's place. The apartment is conveniently located near Parc des Buttes Chaumont, which was great for walking our dog in the morning. The metro is a 2min walk, allowing us to get to the center of Paris in 20-30 min depending on the area. The apartment itself is very beautiful and we really enjoyed the sunny terrace, especially in the evening after a day of exploring Paris. Philippe is an excellent host, always available by message and great flexibility for check out. We appreciated the little touches such as chocolate when we arrived as well as a fridge that we could use. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

It is rare to find such a quiet accommodation in Paris… In an unspoiled environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated... it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden ... I would highly recommend it! See you soon without any doubts!!!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. We really enjoyed our stay here! The space was very nice and clean, and we had everything we needed for our extended family of ten. It was the perfect location to explore Paris - just a short walk from Gare du Nord and the Metro. Communication from the host was always prompt and friendly. We would stay here again!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

We had a great stay at Siam’s place! The apartment is conveniently located near Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est, which made it easy to get to after traveling into the city center from CDG. Siam and Morgane were kind enough to let us drop our bags off early while we went and explored in the city. The apartment itself was plenty of space for the three of us.

We had a nice time in Christelle and Smail's apartment. The proximity to Paris was perfect. You could get to the center of Paris in 30 minutes by public transport. We'd love to come back!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
