A large fan, very efficient, easy to use and including several modes ensures freshness during the summer. Nice and functionnal flat, at the top floor of a classified as historic building. Balcony and flat turned south to enjoy upstairs. No elevator. Summer time: air coolers and releasers in each room, and 3 fans. Many facilities, excellent bakeries, street markets very close. Metro (5') and buses (2') to central Paris.
