Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Cosy Cabin with valley views & pool
Situated in a secluded country setting, accessed via a track, Cosy Cabin has lovely rural valley views, its own parking area and a good sized, dog friendly garden. Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 10 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the heated swimming pool or walk through natural meadows. Pets are very welcome.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna
A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

The cottage is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Poppit Sands, and also the start point for the Pembrokeshire Coast path with its spectacular views and abundant wildlife. Our cottage features 2 bedrooms and an open plan living space with a wood-burner, providing you with everything you need for your Welsh holiday.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Wake up to the sound of the babbling river and bird song from your open bedroom window. Bwythyn Afon (River Cottage) is situated on our small holding at the foot of the Preseli Mountains and is a short drive from Pembrokeshire's beautiful coastline with its many beaches and the famous coastal path. With its separate entrance, own parking space and sole use of riverside patio, it truly is a place to relax after a busy day exploring the area.

Snoozy Bear Cabin- amazing walk to the beach!
Snoozy Bear is a truly unique light, warm and cosy bolthole sitting at the top of the National Trust’s Abermawr woods, it is a beautiful 15 minute walk to the stunning secluded beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach and the famous Melin Tregwynt wooden mill. A quirky converted artists studio, the Cabin has an amazing view through the Beech tree canopy across the valley.- One couple commented that they felt they were in a tree house! Light up the vintage Jotul wood burner and snuggle down!

**Please wnote we only accept guests aged 5yrs and over ** On the Coastal Path and just 1/4 mile from Aberporth’s stunning beaches this beautiful garden annex offers 2 spacious rooms. The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire. WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.
