Parties or gatherings of more than 10 guests are not allowed. There is no parking allowed on the street and all cars must be parked in the driveway(one can fit in garage).

It’s a 13 minute drive from downtown,.The grocery store is about seven minutes away and lots of restaurants in the same area, 25 minute drive from the airport. There is a camera in the hallway.
