About this home The light-flooded studio (60 m², built in 2016) is located in the basement of a renovated single-family house with a separate garden entrance, a view of the garden, and a small seating area. The quiet Bruderholz neighborhood with direct tram access: The tram station is a 5-minute walk away, where you will find two cafes and small shops. Downtown can be reached in 17 minutes. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults with a child aged 12 or older. Use of the garden and parking are available by arrangement.

Sunny garden apartment, walking distance from the Goetheanum

South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

The studio, with its own entrance, is located on the ground floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, which has a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead exterior light. The studio measures just under 20 m² (215 sq. ft.) and features a large double bed, a sitting area with a sofa, and a counter. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink, and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but there is a small refrigerator, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The living room has a pull-out sofa (150cm wide) which sleeps 1-2, a 55" UHD TV, a table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic stove, oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer. Children don't pay extra guest fee

The apartment is in the middle of the village and therefore very centrally located. Restaurants can be found from simple to exclusive, all within walking distance. By public transport you are in the city of Basel in 15 minutes. EuroAirport Basel to Oberwil by public transport in about 42 minutes.

This 3rd floor basic apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. There are currently no cooking facilities available in the apartment. It's located 15 min. from Basel with public transportation. The bus station is directly next to the house. From the ringing bells of the churches to the Goetheanum or old castle/ruins on the hill, Dornach is waiting for you.

Cultural events (art, readings, lectures, seminars) take place in the KunstRaumRhein. Guests and students (international, eurythmy, language design, painting school) live in the lower rooms.
