An excellent base for mountain biking in Coed-y-Brenin, biking or walking the easy-going Mawddach trail, exploring Snowdonia and visiting the stunning beaches of the West Wales coast.

It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Nestled at the foot of Cader Idris overlooking the beautiful Mawddach estuary, Erw Fair is perfectly located for exploring southern Eryri (Snowdonia National Park. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one king, en suite and one twin) and would be perfect for couples looking for a quiet retreat. The cottage is within walking distance of the Mawddach Trail perfect for exploring this beautiful corner of North Wales. Barmouth is also 2.5 miles walk across the famous Barmouth Bridge.

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Sŵn-y-Dŵr is located in the Snowdonia National Park and occupies a tranquil position in the historic market town of Dolgellau, renowned for its breathtaking views and scenic walks in the foothills of Cader Idris. The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.
