This newly refurbished 3 bedroom flat is set on the 5th and 6th floor of the building with views of Athens rooftops! It is located in the hip Koukaki area where there is an array of restaurants, bars, cafes and all local amenities like supermarkets, organic shop, dry cleaner, flower shop, trains and bus stops. It is a 5 minute walk from the Acropolis museum and 10-15 minute walk from Monastiraki and Ermou shopping. On the 5th floor: LIVING ROOM: Double living room with a large comfortable sofa, and 4 armchairs, built in plasma TV and fireplace. The large windows open to a big veranda with two armchairs, bench and small coffee tables. There is also a small built in desk area, cupboards and a few children’s books. This room also opens up to a balcony. SHOWER ROOM: The two guest rooms share this bathroom.
