Stilvolle Ferienwohnung in einem rund 400 Jahre alten, denkmalgeschützten Fachwerkhaus mitten in der Altstadt von Linz am Rhein. Der historische Baustil verleiht der Wohnung ihren besonderen Charakter. Der Grundriss führt vom Ankleidezimmer über das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpoolwanne durch die voll ausgestattete Küche in den offenen Wohnschlafbereich, der als Studio gestaltet ist. Terrasse, Stuck und verzierte Decken verbinden Geschichte mit modernem Komfort.

Vis-Ahr-Vis Penthouse

Das Objekt wurde im Jahr 2018 fertiggestellt und beinhaltet insgesamt 3 Etagenwohnungen sowie ein Penthaus. Das Penthaus weißt eine Größe von ca. 100qm auf und wird mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und Bademäntel an unsere Gäste übergeben. Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht). Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

Hoher Anspruch an Design und Materialien sowie ein artemberaubender Blick aus dem Panoramawohnbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

In the picturesque countryside of the Westerwald, you have the ideal opportunity to switch off and unwind. With its 50 m², our house has space for a maximum of 4 people.
