Beachfront holiday rentals in Akçay

The place is right at the bottom of the sea as mentioned. It is in a very private location because there are 6-7 houses in the big bay and there is no commercial business. Those who swim the nearest sea are 50 60 m away, if that happens. Since everyone is at the bottom of their house, no one is on the beach all the time. The host's mother and father stay downstairs. They are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the place is newly built. The bathrooms and items are new. It's nice to have the kitchen on the balcony. You're doing it without being overwhelmed by the heat. The sea is spotless. It has a stone beach. No sand contaminated, no conversation. Of course, it is more comfortable with sea shoes. If you're looking for privacy and quiet, it's the right place. Restaurants, grocery store are 15 20 minutes away.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. Mr. Ali was very caring and kind, the house was clean and very nice. The location was very good, close to everywhere in the center. We had most of the things we needed at home. We did not stay because spouse was unsure of surrounding area but I thought it was fine. My spouse wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. That was not possible at this particular location.

We had a very nice 3 days as a family at Mr. Ünal's house. The street where the house is located was calm and peaceful. It was 7-8 minutes on foot to Akçay Kordon. The entrance to the house starts from the 2nd floor from the side stairs. The entrance also has a large balcony, and if you are going to have breakfast, it will be easier to serve here as the kitchen is right at the entrance. But we preferred to do all the cooking on the upper floor balcony, which is very spacious and has a view of the Kaz Mountains. There is also a barbecue on the upper floor balcony. If we enter the house, it is a house with 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds, 5 single beds, which is extremely suitable for large families to stay. There was almost all the equipment in the kitchen. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a ceiling fan in all rooms except the upstairs living room and it worked very efficiently. I thank Mr. Unal and if you are coming to the Akçay region, I recommend this house to everyone with peace of mind.

What a beautiful hidden gem!! The check in experience was great and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, also the messaging to and from Stratis was very clear. The studio itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. The location is amazing, right on the sea front and perfect for sunbathing and peace and quiet! It was lovely to be able to use the pool at the hotel next door and I would highly recommend eating at the Taverna next door too - beautiful food and friendly staff. We would love to come back!!

Aiolis apartments is a beautiful family owned hotel which heloed made ou stay at Mytilene amazing. the room was very spacious with all the amenities, super clean and stylish- we loved the stairs that lead to the attic/bedroom. the owners are super friendly and kind. we stayed by the pool the following day and enjoyed coffee, brunch and super cold beers. we will definately come back- thank you!

We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

The services offered by Ms. Sena and Ms. Aysel are extremely great and they did not get us to call our house, we felt like we had been neighbors with them for years, we left with very nice feelings, a family environment where you can go without thinking, for their close attention and interest in them, thank you again for their close attention and interest.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

It was a holiday that we will remember every moment with pleasure. The environment is ideal for those seeking complete calm and peace. Swimming in the calm of the sea in the early morning and watching the sunset in the afternoon increased the magic of this place by one more time. Sitting on the pier and listening to the sound of the sea was a therapy in itself. The hosts were very helpful and caring during our stay. They took care of us at every moment and made sure that our holiday was flawless. Their sincerity and hospitality have made it more than just a holiday destination. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in nature, I would recommend this place with peace of mind. We can't wait to come back!

Mr. Can and his mother, Ms. Ayşe, are extremely kind and hospitable. It was very clear that every detail of the house was thoughtfully and prepared. Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved that the location of the house was close to everything. It was very enjoyable to spend time in the garden. Best place to stay in the island. It has 2 big bedroom and a living room with seaview . In bedrooms there is no window but no problem

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Located in the most beautiful part of Artur. Five minutes by walk to the sea. The house is small but very suitable for two. The garden is very sweet, quiet and calm. Of course, you are expected to be quiet and calm too. :) If you are a couple, the bed in the house was a little uncomfortable because it was a combination of single beds, but we had no problems other than that. One of the most important things in Artur is the chair problem by the sea, the host has three chairs in the chair parking lot, which is one of the greatest conveniences. In short, it was a very nice experience. Thank you so much. We would love to go again. Artur is a great place in Turkey for everyone to see. Our heart is there.

Probably this villa is the best choice for the stay with a group in Mytilini. Villa was clean, and has really wide rooms, lots of opportunities as bike, cano, bbq, perfect backyard, and just 3 meter to sea in a very calm neighbor. One welcome pack with the ouzo, coffee,snacks and local foods already prepared for us. All rooms has a good AC. Thank you for the Katerina for everything, especially for hospitality and good communication. We really recommend here and looking forward for next stay there.
