You can reach the center from our place in 8 minutes on foot from the beach, 2-3 minutes by car. You can swim in front of the house. 5 km to the famous villages of Yeşilyurt and Adatepe. It is 20 km from the ancient city of Assos. You can reach Altınoluk in 12 km and Akçay in 20 km.

Our wooden building is located in the garden of the old oil factory within a 3-acre garden, in the back of this ancient building, in a bay with a seaside settlement. It has a garden of approximately 150 square meters with its own orange and tangerine trees and covered with grass. It has a split air conditioner for heating and cooling. There are fences surrounding the garden. Our house has a bed capacity for 4 people.

Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .
